Klaus Roofing removed the existing shingles, replaced any damaged or rotted wood, installed IKO GoldSheild Ice and Water Shield on all drip edges, walls, chimneys and valleys. 4-inch MFM tape is used to tape all seems. Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H replaced a roof on a home in Sound Beach, NY. The roof was old it had mold and moss growing on it in several spots. Our team removed all the old shingles, inspected the boards underneath, and replaced any that were rotted.  We use Sealoron XT deck tape on all seams of the boards. Sealoron XT Ice and Water Shield is installed 6 feet on all drip edges, walls, chimneys, and valleys. Then Velora ONE synthetic underlayment is placed on balance of wood. New flashing is then installed around the chimney.  New IKO Dynasty shingles are then installed. This home looks refreshed, and the homeowner will not have to worry for at least another 50 Years!
