Roof Repair - Air Sealing & Attic Insulation Installed in Manhasset, NY

This homeowner in Manhasset requested an evaluation of his roof and while the inspection for the roof was being performed it was noted that the attic of the home was not properly air sealed or insulated. Our Attic Systems production team air sealed all penetrations that would allow air to flow freely. SilverGlo rigid insulation was installed on the knee wall. The attic floor was insulated with borate cellulose. A mechanical catwalk was installed for easy access to the mechanicals in the attic. This customer will now be more comfortable.
