Sealoron Ice and Water Shield, Velora One and Perma Boot

Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H has access to proprietary products.  We use Sealoron XT Ice and Water Shield. This product is a peel and stick membrane that fully adheres to the plywood preventing water from getting under the shingles. Sealoron XT is installed 6' up from the eaves and at valleys. Synthetic underlayment is an important part of a roofing system. Klaus Roofing by Triple H uses Velora One underlayment to cover the rest of the roof deck. We use a Perma Boot for the plumbing vent. Perma-Boot is made of high-impact plastic that is UV protected and will not deteriorate over time.
